About delivery and payment
Shipping and handling charges
Shipping costs for this item vary depending on your shipping destination. Domestic shipping is free for orders over ¥20,000.
Domestic shipping: Shipped via Japan Post's non-standard mail service (with tracking number). Nationwide flat rate of ¥1,000
*Free shipping for orders over 20,000 yen
Overseas shipping will be shipped by Japan Post's International e-Packet (with tracking number). Target areas: Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam. Flat rate of ¥2,200 worldwide.
*Customs duties and import taxes are to be borne by the customer.
About Shipping
- Orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays: Shipped the next business day
- Orders placed after 12:00 on weekdays or on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
- Products such as Instax cameras will take some time to prepare, so they will be shipped in approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
- You will be emailed the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
*Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred when shipping overseas.
