Domestic Delivery
Flat rate nationwide 600 yen
*Free shipping for orders over 20,000 yen
International Delivery
Flat rate worldwide 1,500 yen
The rate is fixed regardless of the product's weight or size.
Delivery Methods
Domestic Delivery
- Japan Post Non-standard-size mail (with tracking number)
- Delivered in envelope size within 3cm thickness
International Delivery
- Japan Post International ePacket (with tracking number)
- Delivered in envelope size within 3cm thickness
Shipping Time
Days to ship after order confirmation
- Orders placed by 12:00 on weekdays: shipped the same day
- Orders placed after 12:00 on weekdays or on weekends/holidays: shipped the next business day

- Weekdays (closed on weekends and holidays)
- May be closed during year-end/New Year and Obon periods

- Domestic: Redelivery upon notice left
- International: Held at local post office (storage period varies by country)
Regarding Delivery Address
- Domestic: Accurate address input in Japanese
- International: Accurate address input in English (Roman letters)
- Delays or returns due to incorrect address are the customer's responsibility
Handling of Delivery Issues

- Check delivery status with tracking number

- Investigation and compensation procedures will be conducted
Customs Duties and Taxes
- International Delivery: Customs duties and taxes at destination country are borne by the customer
