※Please fill in the desired recipient name and shooting date in the "Recipient Name" and "Shooting Date" fields below. If these fields are left blank, the recipient will be the "Recipient Name" or "Purchaser Name". If you wish to have no recipient name, please indicate this in the remarks section.
※Points can be awarded. If you do not have a point card or would like a new card, please enter the Vol. number in the remarks section at the time of settlement. If no Vol. number is entered, only point stickers will be sent with the product.
※The SAKURADOLL point card system is an 8-stage upgrade system from Vol. 1 to Vol. 8.
※One point sticker will be awarded for every ¥5,000 spent per transaction, so please attach it yourself. (Accumulation of payments is not possible.)
