*Please fill in the desired name and shooting date in the "Name" and "Shooting Date" fields below. If left blank, the recipient's name or purchaser's name will be used. If you wish for no name, please indicate so in the remarks section.
*Points can be awarded. If you do not have a point card or would like a new one, please write the Vol. number in the remarks section during checkout. If left blank, only point stickers will be sent with the product.
*The SAKURADOLL point card system has 8 volumes, from Vol.1 to Vol.8, in an upgrade format.
*One point sticker will be awarded for every ¥5,000 spent per transaction. Please affix it yourself (combining multiple transactions is not possible).
*Please understand that we cannot replace lost stickers or cards.
